Scheduling an appointment:  We will try to get you an appointment that is convenient for you. Open M-F 8:30a-6p  Saturday 8:30a-7p.

Arrival to the spa: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. 

Sick Clients:  you must be free of any contagious illness (flu / cold / virus / bacterial infection) for at least 48 hours prior to receiving services.

Cancellation policy:  72 hour notice of cancellation on all services required. You will be charged the full amount of the services for a no show.  No shows for gift certificate appointments will forfeit gift certificate. 

Gift Cards:  Can be purchased by telephone or ordered online are non-refundable. All gift cards have an expiration date of 12 months. Please note that we adhere to expiration limits.

Pre-Paid Policy:  Pre-paid appointments are treated as gift certificate purchases.  No refunds will be issued for cancelled prepaid appointments.  If the appointment was cancelled with proper 72 hour notice then a gift certificate will be issued for the prepaid amount.

Active Military Discounts with valid ID:  10% off services. 
Excludes any other discounts or special price offers.  Discount does not apply to products.

College Student Discount with valid ID:  5% off Services.
Excludes any other discounts or special price offers.  Discount does not apply to products.

Gratuity:  Is not included with the price of any package or service and is at your own discretion.  We are often asked what is customary.  The industry average is 10-20%.

Groups:  Groups of 4 or more require a credit card for appointments.  14 day notice for cancellation is required, meaning you must notify us by 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day prior to your appointment and obtain a cancellation confirmation number. There is a 15% service charge for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 14-day notice but more than 72 hours): You will be charged the FULL amount of your reservation. You will receive a gift certificate for the full amount less 15%, which you can use to reschedule an appointment for a later date within 12 months. Less than 72 hours notice, will be charged the full amount and no gift certificate will be issued. If your entire group does not arrive for your appointment you will still be charged for all of the services scheduled for them.

Small Children:  No small children under the age of  7 or infants allowed at the spa in any capacity.  This is in consideration of our other guests.

Bed & Breakfast

B&B Things to keep in mind:
All rooms are double occupancy (no more than 2 persons per suite). No more than 2 guests on the property.
No phone in rooms or on property after hours.
There are no staff on the property after the spa closes for the night.
No children or pets allowed.
All spa services and B&B suite check-in and check-out times are dictated by your specific package, call for details.
The spa is closed Sunday, services for a Sunday night stay will be performed on Monday.
All rooms are absolutely non-smoking.
All reservations require a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card and will be charged for the full amount 14 days prior to your appointment.
We do not offer dinner at the spa, just lunch and breakfast.  There is an abundance of area restaurants within 15 minutes of the spa.
